The Her
Though she smiled and nodded her head in agreement, on the inside, she was crying, clenching her fists and screaming from the top of her lungs, begging for someone, anyone,friend or foe, to call her at that moment, or to stop by, needing her for something, anything, to get her away from that woman who, as her mother would say, could talk a dog off of a meat wagon.
