just a thought

Some Lemon Caneles I made last night for myself
 

If I had a brick for every person who said :

"Have you thought of baking fulltime? You should start a business! Do you have any business cards?"

(and I gave them my pinterest address, my business facebook page, and a business card) who didn't buy a single cookie, or cupcake, or muffin, or canele, or macaron, or mini bundt, or cake, or pie over the years,  (100%)

I'd have enough to build a bakery.


And that is why I don't lean on what anyone says. 

I lean on what they do.
