If only

you could go back in time to make one change in your life,  to take a different path, would you?  If no, why?

I used to run - i loved it, it was a huge part of my life, and my dream at the time was to win gold in the Olympics. I was European junior champ when i stopped ( long story) sometimes i feel sad about that, then I remember the things I've done and achieved since, and i accept who i am, and the expediences ive had have helped to make me who i am, and will continue to do so. I guess, at the moment .. I think no.. perhaps i wouldn't change a thing.. but i know i've made mistakes along the way

Congrats Dawna!

If I could go back in time, I'd go back to when I was 8. That's when I first heard I was adopted. When my sister and I overheard my aunt and a friend talking about me, I asked my mom to confirm what I heard, and she accused my aunt's friend of lying, saying that she was actually an enemy of hers, and that it was a lie. She was insistent that it was a lie. I believed her. My sister and I grew up, having serious doubts that she and I shared the same dna. Nothing much made sense. Anyway, if I was back then, I would have asked my grandparents, aunts, my father, anyone who would know instead of growing up and having doubts. Also, if I could, I'd go back to the minute I accepted this job offer, and stayed in Milwaukee instead. I love my job, but I miss my family and I miss my friends.
